Flowmatix provides tools and automation systems but does not guarantee specific business results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms and your implementation.
4. User Responsibilities

- Follow WhatsApp/Meta and third-party policies
- Obtain all required consents (e.g., GDPR, messaging permissions)
- Keep access credentials secure
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the services to:

- Disrupt, reverse engineer, or access systems without authorization

You are responsible for backups unless otherwise agreed. While we use reasonable security measures, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, workflows, templates, and software remain the intellectual property of Flowmatix. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services during an active subscription/agreement.
10. Payments & Refunds
Payments and refunds (if applicable) are governed by the Refund Policy on this website.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowmatix is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, lost revenue, or interruptions caused by third parties. Use is at your own risk.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation, misuse, or legal requirements.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of Flowmatix.
