Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally final once delivery or access has been provided.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered as agreed
- A technical issue on our side prevents core functionality from working and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate payment was made accidentally
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Cases

- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle
- Access remains active until the end of the paid period
