What are the minimum contract terms?
All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Are there any one-time setup fees?
No. All fees are fully included in the monthly rate for every plan.
How long does setup take?
Most automations go live within 2–3 business days after we receive your complete onboarding information.
How is patient data secured?
We use AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. All records reside on GDPR- and KVKK-compliant servers in Germany. Access is protected by OAuth2 and strict role-based permissions.
How do I get support if I need help?
