A technical issue on our side prevents the core functionality from working and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
Duplicate payment was made accidentally. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
4. Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after delivery
Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
Failure to follow provided instructionsIssues caused by third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Meta, Google, hosting providers)
Customized or “Done-for-You” services once work has started
Subscription fees already billed for an active period
5. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation will stop future billing
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle
Access remains active until the end of the paid period
